Project Engineer

Megan O’Connell grew up in Louisa County, Virginia and graduated from Louisa County High School in 1997. She attended the United States Naval Academy where she earned a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering.  She spent her time in the Navy on San Diego based ships, USS GERMANTOWN (LSD-42) and USS BUNKER HILL (CG-52).  After Megan fulfilled her time in the Navy, she worked with Malin Space Science systems in San Diego.  She moved back to Virginia in September 2009 and promptly joined the Shockoe Solar team.

Installation - We secure permits, procure materials, plan our installation using critical path schedules and utilize our network of vendors to streamline the process. Shockoe's staff personally installs every system with a goal of nothing less than excellence.
